Privacy at BimmerCrest

When you email BimmerCrest, we use the information you choose to send, including your email address and message, to respond to your inquiry. You can contact us at hello@bimmercrest.com.

Cloudflare forwards messages sent to the BimmerCrest email address, and Brevo provides sending services for site email. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare and the web server process technical connection information, such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser information, to deliver and protect the site and provide traffic reporting. The web server maintains access and error logs under its log-rotation settings. A Cloudflare Web Analytics script may send page-view and page-load performance information to Cloudflare. Cloudflare may use technical cookies to help prevent abuse or complete security checks.

Messages and related service records are kept according to the settings of the receiving inbox and email providers. You may email us to request deletion of an inquiry.

Fitment and quote requests

If you use our inquiry form, we process the email address, request type, model year, model and bumper information you submit to review your request and reply. Your name, VIN and additional message are optional. Do not include payment details or documents that are not needed for your inquiry.

The request is emailed to BimmerCrest through our sending provider. We do not automatically email the address you enter when you submit the form; it is used as the reply address for handling your request.

To show a success or error message and retain your entries after a failed submission, the form uses a secure short-lived cookie and temporary server-side state with a 15-minute expiry. The state may be removed sooner when it is displayed. Hashed rate-limit and duplicate-submission tokens help protect the form and prevent repeated sending. Email messages and provider records are handled as described above; the temporary form expiry does not delete a message already sent by email.
