Is this for an F30 sedan or an F31 Touring?
The external design-reference listings name both body styles. Send your model year, body style and bumper photos so the final supplier version can be checked for your car.
Can it fit an LCI car?
LCI fitment is not currently confirmed. The current reference is the Pre-LCI M Sport application, so please request a version-specific check before proceeding.
Can I use it with a non-M Sport bumper?
The current design reference is for an M Sport bumper. A standard, Sport Line, Luxury Line or Modern Line bumper needs a separately matched lip.
What if I have an aftermarket M Sport conversion bumper?
Send the bumper brand or kit name and clear front and underside photos. Conversion bumpers need their own check against the actual supplier version.
How is it different from an M3 front lip?
This reference follows the F30/F31 M Sport bumper application. An F80 M3 bumper or an M3-style conversion is a different application; the name alone does not establish fitment.
Will it scrape on driveways or speed bumps?
That depends on ride height, tires, bumper, road shape and the installed version. Consider your regular routes and request the supplied part’s dimensions when checking clearance.
What is in the box, and does installation require drilling?
The fasteners, tape, instructions and mounting method will be confirmed for the supplier version. Installation time is also to be confirmed; have the actual part dry-fitted before making permanent changes.
Is it wet or dry carbon, and does it need painting?
Those details are not yet fixed for the supplied version. Ask for the material, carbon process, finish and any required painting or finishing work with your quote.
